4. Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as ammunition, may not be eligible for return due to legal restrictions. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Return Process:

2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ensure that the RA number is clearly visible on the package.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
